Where do you get your inspiration?
"I am in absolute awe of the Australian flora and fauna and I am completely obsessed with parrots. I get to encounter lots of birds being a wildlife rescuer."
What has been your favourite piece and why?
"Rosie the Tawny Frogmouth bird portrait. She was a finalist in the Australian Geographic Nature photographer of the Year competition and to advertise the exhibition they had giant Rosies all around Adelaide which was surreal."
What is your favourite material to work with?
"I try and keep to pure photography with my bird portraits and not rely on digital manipulation. But recently I have been working on photo montages, where I have three birds on one print."
If you were to expand your product range to something entirely different, what would it be?
"Cushions and rugs."
Describe your products in three words...
"Unique. Australian. Fun."
