Lobo Workshop has created a range of interior furniture with an industrial flare. Featuring various elements, from rust and fur, to upholstered modular lounges. All products are 100% Australia made.
Lobo Workshop designs are based around creating a product that can be manufactured in Australia using sustainable materials, for a competitive price.
Lobo uses Australian ECOply and CnC technology to engineer complex, light, strong and sustainable ply wood frames. Specialised non-toxic water based finishes are then applied. Lobo Workshop works with the art of oxidisation to create an exclusive rusted finish featured through out the range. With their secret rusting technique, each piece is unique in nature due to the accelerated rusting process.
The products of Lobo Workshop have evolved through various stages of design, resulting in the most comfortable, ergonomic and interesting furniture.
At Lobo Workshop, you are also able to customise your piece to suit your home, with multiple fabrics, leathers and finishes to choose from.
All current range furniture is available to order from our website and UNIK home.

DESIGNED + MADE IN
Where do you get your inspiration?
"My inspiration comes from innovation in material usage. I like to experiment and push the limits of a material, until all of its strengths are in use, and its weaknesses are no more. Working in this way leads to new discoveries, and one-of-a-kind designs."
What has been your favourite piece and why?
"My favorite piece would have to be the Elton Stereo Lounge. The sound it produces is surreal; being somewhere in-between a stereo system and headphones. It can connect through Wi-Fi to your home network, multi room sound systems and can be controlled from your smart phone."
What is your favourite material to work with?
"My favourite material to work with would be Pine Ply wood as a material it’s versatile, light, strong, sustainable and available."
If you were to expand your product range to something entirely different, what would it be?
"I plan on expanding my current range to beds and maybe some assorted home-wares. However I will not venture out of furniture until I'm satisfied that I have done all I can do with my materials."
Describe your products in three words...
