Margie from Margan Tile Design has been creating and designing hand painted ceramic artworks for many years. These beautiful feature tiles will help to transform your indoor and outdoor living areas, balcony, courtyard, garden and screening and help bring your home to life with a gorgeous splash of colour.
These tile artworks come in a range of sizes to suit different spaces, the larger panels are backed onto marine ply and are ready to hang with a sturdy chain.
Choose from many different styles including water scenes, marine life, Australiana, floral or intricate patterns. All tiles are individually hand painted with original designs.
Margan Tile Design also offers a lovely range of ceramic house numbers and glass tile fridge magnets.
Margie is always happy to custom design a feature tile, house number or business name tile for you to suit your needs regarding size, colour scheme or a specific design you might like to discuss. Colour co-ordinate with your existing decor and create a beautiful space.

Where do you get your inspiration?
"Our beautiful coastal areas, the amazing flora and fauna of Australia and from travelling experiences.
I also love patterns, especially the intricate designs of ancient rugs, fabrics and ceramics, showcasing such delicate detailing and symmetry."
What has been your favourite piece and why?
"I enjoy creating all my artworks so it is hard to say. I do love my Lorikeets. I also love to create something other than my own designs for my clients and am always thrilled when they can see their ideas come to life. It is very satisfying."
What is your favourite material to work with?
"I work with glazed wall tiles of all shapes and sizes. The ceramic paints I use have an array of beautiful colours that can be blended and mixed to create interesting textures. I also use industrial fine marker pens for extra fine detailing on my artworks."
If you were to expand your product range to something entirely different, what would it be?
"I have recently started to paint intricate designs onto canvases - an art form that I really enjoy. I hope in the future to create prints and cushions from these designs."
Describe your products in three words...
